Each of the three training sessions available has an optional, self-directed pre-work module. 

While none are mandatory ahead of the live, facilitator-led trainings, they are recommended as they each offer deeper understanding into some of the behaviours/reactions you'll recognize in your team members (and in yourself!), as well as additional insight to support you in navigating feedback conversations.

The content in these modules will not be covered in the live training sessions.

There is some cross-over between the modules, so if you've registered for more than one training session, feel free to skip over repeated information in the modules.
