Calling All People Leaders!
Join us on December 3rd for NeuroInclusivity Day - for information and strategies to better support your team.
With 15-22% of the population falling under the Umbrella of Neurodivergence, it is clear that we need to pay more attention to how companies and cultures make space for neurodivergence. Leaders are finding themselves unsure of how to navigate conversations around accommodations, and some are unsure of why we need to have them at all.
The purpose of NeuroInclusivity Day is to increase awareness and to offer leaders effective ways to support their workers so that everyone can perform their best.
On December 3rd, The Expert Talk will be hosting two short training sessions focused on offering strategies for leaders to help you create a workplace culture of trust, dignity, and belonging.
Pick the session that interests you most or join us for both!
