A two-hour asynchronous course for leaders and teams
Conflict Navigation 101
Developing confidence and understanding for the toughest conversations...
When leaders and organizations do not have effective conflict management skills and procedures, employees can be left feeling like they on their own to fend for themselves – thereby losing trust in their company and management, and further compounding stress and overwhelm.
Conflict causes team members to feel isolated and disconnected from one another. When there is tension and mistrust between colleagues, they may avoid each other or limit communication. This can lead to further misunderstandings and miscommunications, which can exacerbate the conflict – and the mental and emotional strain that comes along with it.
Learning to effectively deal with conflict sees teams that are more engaged, productive, collaborative, and efficient.
