Today’s video will be a little different – I’m going to show you an exercise I use with some of my clients to help them get off the “should have” train.

You know what I’m talking about – those useless and persistent thoughts that never want to leave your mind: “I should have done this”, or, “I shouldn’t have said that” – you know the ones I mean, we all deal with them.

So, here’s the trick you can use to break the pattern and banish those unhelpful thoughts. We’re pulling into the station and it’s time to get off that crazy train!
