Collaborative Communication Workshop—June 18 @ 12pm EST
$299
Live Interactive Workshop on Zoom – June 18th from 1-4pm EST
Many workplace communication trainings aren’t as effective as they could be because they focus on what to say rather than on how to connect. Traditional training teaches scripted responses, step-by-step processes, or leadership techniques, but these don’t address the underlying cause of workplace disconnection and conflict. Without an understanding of how communication challenges manifest in the first place, these approaches rely on steps, rules, and politeness instead of fostering understanding, trust, and genuine collaboration.
This workshop goes beyond surface-level strategies by introducing principles that create lasting change. Instead of enforcing compliance, it encourages cooperation, emotional awareness, and clear expression of needs. Participants learn to listen without judgment, express themselves authentically, and navigate workplace challenges with empathy and confidence.
This session provides practical tools for real conversations—ones that don’t just sound good in training but actually work in daily interactions within both our professional and personal lives. By shifting from rehearsed responses to meaningful connections, workplaces become more productive, respectful, and psychologically safe.
You’ll leave this session with:
- An understanding the contrast between our current workplace paradigm and a more compassionate, collaborative approach
- Awareness of how current paradigms unconsciously contribute to the power struggles, disengagement, and conflict in the workplace
- Shifting perspectives to recognize how personal beliefs influence workplace relationships and decision-making
Take-away strategies and tools:
- Practical tools to overcome communication barriers, and to foster a culture of engagement and trust
- Techniques for resolving conflicts with confidence and clarity
- Methods to shift workplace dynamics toward collaboration and innovation
- Strategies to support colleagues and mediate difficult conversations effectively
- Experience how greater self-awareness leads to self-confidence and psychological safety at work
*Note: This session will take place on Zoom and will include breakout rooms, group discussion, and other engagement opportunities. To respect the privacy of all attendees, this session will not be recorded.
