Build confidence and skill to offer feedback through a coaching lens
Feedback has the power to strengthen trust, improve performance, and support healthier team dynamics, yet it’s one of the leadership responsibilities many people avoid most. Difficult conversations can feel uncomfortable, emotionally charged, or high stakes, especially when leaders worry about conflict, damaging relationships, or saying the wrong thing.
This session reframes feedback as an essential leadership practice rooted in clarity, curiosity, accountability, and growth rather than criticism or correction. This session helps participants better understand why feedback conversations often break down and how leaders can approach them in ways that foster learning, trust, and meaningful change.
Participants will explore the dynamics that shape how feedback is delivered, received, and interpreted within workplace environments. The session examines common patterns that can interfere with effective feedback, including avoidance, defensiveness, over-explaining, minimizing, people-pleasing, and unclear communication. Leaders will learn practical tools for navigating these conversations with greater confidence, empathy, and clarity.
Drawing on emotional intelligence and coaching-based leadership approaches, participants develop practical strategies for delivering feedback in ways that are respectful, actionable, and more likely to land constructively. Through discussion, reflection, real-world scenarios, and skill-building exercises, participants will strengthen their ability to communicate feedback clearly while maintaining connection and accountability.
This training supports leaders in building healthier feedback cultures where people feel more supported, engaged, and empowered to improve together.

This session is delivered live on Zoom Meeting. The session will be highly interactive consisting of small and large group discussion, breakouts, and activities. Questions are welcome throughout and at the end of the session.

Yes! For groups, please reach out using our contact form and we'll register participants on our end and send an invoice. Discount will depend on the number of participants and the overall number of sessions purchased.
