They can feel comfortable for everyone
EXPLORE
How This Will Help
Interns arriving with IEPs. Team members requesting accommodations. Employees returning from an injury or illness. To ask or not to ask about diagnosis & disclosure. Navigating a conversation with an employee who chooses to share. How to create a culture where people feel comfortable to share & ask for accommodations in the first place. When did this even become such a big thing?!
Many leaders are unfamiliar with how to conduct conversations with team members around accommodations–and with how to act on that information once they get it.
Recognizing accommodations in the workplace is essential for fostering inclusivity, supporting diverse abilities, and empowering all employees. By acknowledging and implementing accommodations, leaders can increase productivity, reduce barriers, and create a psychologically safe environment that values individual strengths and needs.
In this workshop, participants will learn the information and skills they need to navigate these conversations with confidence and empathy, while building and maintaining trust.
