Calling All People Leaders!
Join us this May & June for our Emotional Intelligence Days
This live online series is designed to deepen workplace connection, trust, and communication—especially in times of stress or change. Grounded in a trauma-informed approach and pulling in principles from the Non-Violent Communication framework (without complicated language or jargon!), this series helps leaders and teams build the emotional and relational skills needed to create psychologically safe environments where people feel seen, heard, and valued.

We will explore two core pillars of emotionally intelligent leadership: creating psychological safety and practicing compassionate, needs-based communication. Each session offers practical tools for listening without judgment, speaking with clarity, and staying grounded in moments of tension or uncertainty.
We'll kick off with a free panel discussion on May 13th called: Reframing Emotional Intelligence at Work.
Then, throughout May, we're hosting four short training sessions on some of our most in-demand topics. Whether you're leading a team, navigating conflict, or building a more connected workplace culture, this series provides a powerful foundation for relational leadership rooted in empathy, presence, and care.
Moving into June, we're putting on two half-day workshops: Collaborative Communication, and Trauma-Informed Leadership. These will be hosted on Zoom Meeting and are highly interactive including large and small group discussion.
